"Wonderful 3 nights here. Unfortunately, we booked a garden view room so not much to look at and no chairs on the balcony. Springing for the mountain view room would be worth the extra money! "Very ineresting property that is quiet and serene. Staff is extremely friendly, kind and helpful but definitely need more training to be employed at a "five star" facility. Also, the facility has NO airconditioning and was extremly hot, humid and uncomfortable."

"A lovely hotel that i would gladly stay in again. The hotel is modern and exceptionally clean. The location of the hotel has a stunning view over Gregory Lake! What makes this hotel is how friendly the staff are. They greeted us with a warm welcome every day and even gave us a free beer. "The opportunity to stay in a villa surrounded by tea fields was too hard to miss out on. We arrived from Badula on the train and were welcomed by the staff at the house. It was clean and comfortable and a 15 minute walk into town. The next morning we were given a great breakfast and then walked into the tea field adjoining the property. "Ella's Nature Nest is a beautiful spot to spend a few days in a peaceful setting. Close to town, but quiet, the owners are welcoming and hospitable and breakfast is included (not mentioned when booking). Wonderful location to wake up to with stunning views and birdsong. Highly highly recommended."

"Beautiful setting, very remote and high altitude. Weather was so much cooler than the south . Long trousers and Jumper recommended for evening and morning. Rain coat f you are doing hikes . We had a super time here , staff were outstanding and the level of detail was perfect. Hot water bottle in bed at night was so welcoming. Two nights to chill. Full board , all drinks , snacks all great with a lovely afternoon tea by the infinity pool. "
