"Room was huge, clean and modern. Great loction for ease of access into old town and local amenities. Check in wad slightly delayed but we used the bar whilst we waited. The hotel was quiet, didnt even hear noise from the hallways. Food and drink were good with lots of options. "

"Lovely apartment with great facilities! Hard to get cases up without a lift etc. also no luggage storage so we had to pay for a local one but it wasn't too expensive! Only negatives noisy from people walking at time and no light on the first floor so when coming home late at night was quite dangerous! Very central location and they messaged when it's all ready with your code!"

"Excellent hotel, free coffee and teas in reception was a great idea. Good bar and the food we had one night was excellent, good portion sizes for tapas, we probably ordered 1 too many. Staff were excellent in all areas. The onsite cafe/bakery was also a great amenity for a coffee shop breakfast. The only negative, which would not put me off staying again, was we had a room overlooking the busy train/tram tracks which was quite noisy. "Wonderful stay. Room was exactly as per photos, in fact, actually was even more spacious than I excepted. Quite convenient location, as it’s not along the main square, but tucked away around the corner. Would absolutely love to stay here again. The one tip I would make is to try to book a higher floor (mine was on the first level). "

Great place to stay and see Krakow

"The hotel is located at a great location and everything of highlight in krakow just steps away. It’s very near to the public transport. Rooms are big, quiet and cozy. Only thing I didn’t like much was how outdated rooms were. They do need a refresh and the Aircon had a bad static sound that kept going (which wasn’t a problem for me but could be for someone who cannot sleep to such noise)"
