"Very friendly host who provided comprehensive information about arrival and the town in general. There is a large dog (Merlin) who is quiet and well behaved so nothing to worry about. Easy walk to town. Breakfast was excellent. Comfortable, warm room. Property is starting to show its age (our windows didn't shut too well and there was a small leak letting water in onto the sill) but the owner is refurbishing it. If you have a room at the front the road is quite close so there is some traffic...
