The pictures definitely made this place look much nicer than it truly is. The pillows were yellow and very worn, there were dirty Q-tips, and other random trash located all around the room. I attempted to check in 30 mins early and was told they were cleaning, so I offered to come back in an hour and upon returning was told everything was ready but it looked like all they did was make the bed. The check in staff was very nice, as was the younger lady when I went down later for additional towels. There was an older lady on staff however, that was fairly rude and inquired of my every coming and going. I traveled with myself and my 2 young teenage daughters and she stopped us in the lobby and asked very sternly “where we were going” every time we exited the elevator. Then after returning one night at approx 10pm and we were laughing about our day as we walked in she began to get very rude and inquisitive as to where we had been and asked if we were a part of a company that was staying there because she wanted to talk to them. We were in no way unruly (no drinking, no cursing, no loud yelling/talking/laughing) yet she seemed very upset. After the 4th run in with her we began to use the back steps to avoid the lobby altogether. Personally would not recommend or stay at this hotel again.

Home 2 Suites is becoming a favorite place for my family to stay while on vacation. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and the staff are always great. The kitchenettes are very well stocked, so we can save a fair amount of money preparing some meals in the room.

This property was a nice change from the last hotel I stayed in nearby. The breakfast and amenities were above expectations. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was good. The room service could be better. They were supposed to make bed, replenish towels and amenities, empty trash and refresh kitchen every other day. During my stay we ran out of shampoo, some the trash were not emptied and the kitchen was not refreshed. Additionally, the AC is too close to the bed, about a foot. I was waking up many times during the night when the AC started. Even the quieter AC is loud if you are sleeping too close.
