"The photos do not do justice, this place is stunning! You're made to feel so welcome and comfortable, and it is so comfy it's untrue. The kitchen has everything and every gadget you will ever need. Fantastic basics for cooking, spices, oil etc. Having your own fitness room and hot tub was wonderful. Everything was really clean, it was warm and cosy too."

"Staff were excellent, location a bit suspect with the property next door having sketchy people hanging around, but regular patrols by security seemed to work for keeping our car safe. Nice clean property, good breakfast. "

"Front desk is t very familiar with anything going on in Kelowna at the time . Waitresses from another establishment made our stay enjoyable by telling us places to see and go . Well be looking into another resort next time . Broken glass on room floor Tub had issues ect ect . Which were all brought up . If you plan on doing any at all water sports in their " winter months : it wont happen if you dont have your own . "

"Breakfast area being remodelled so continental breakfast served in lobby. Parking area in front of lobby was dug up making it dufficult to access lobby from front. Had to around to side door of lobby. I am sure theae items are both temporary inconveniences."

"We returned from dinner, passed the front desk person, walked to the elevator where people had called for it. We all waited. Summoned the elevator again and again and yet it didn’t come. Went to the front desk around the corner and said “the elevator isn’t coming to the lobby” He replied, “ya, it’s broken” As we had waited for several minutes, no sign indicating that it was not working, and he couldn’t even be bothered to tell us that as we entered the lobby. Me have stayed many many times over the years. They renovations and disruptions. But since new management and front desk staff, it has soured our desire to ever stay again. We will not stay there again. This is not the first problem we’ve had, but it will be the last. "
