"I want to start by saying the great service provided at the front desk. Felt very welcomed. The first thing I noticed from entering the room was precisely how it was cleaned, you could see the couch was vacuumed and everything was as it should. No noise from neighbours so it was quiet. "The room temperature was stuffy and too hot to sleep in with the bed's covers. Had to cool myself outside the covers to sleep. Each individual room needs its own thermostat for the resident to control. This maybe difficult with sub freezing temperatures outside. Cora's restaurant was extremely convenient. The service was professional and friendly."
