"Myself, my wife and daughter stayed at Laluna at the end of Aug 24 and had a great time, the room was clean and had a view over the bay which was a pleasure to wake up to each morning, the room was adequate as was the bathroom and the rooms were leaned regularly with sheets and towels being changed every couple of days. "We stayed here for 4 nights and upon arrival the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room. I asked about it right away and they told me the mechanic would come by to fix it. He never did. I inquired again the next day and they said he would come by the evening. He didn’t. I asked every day for the entire 4 days of our stay and we’re ensured he was coming to fix it and he never did.
