Great concept in general, but there is tone of room for improvement: 1) fix the listing: a) please upload real pictures, not those from the renovated unit; b) this property is not on the beach (you have to cross the main road); c) it's not a sandy beach; 2) do something about the fumes from the water heater entering the bathroom; 3) pool lining is way to rough; 4) not enough cookware in the unit (one sauce pan and that's it),...

"We stayed at the villa for a week. We came in April so the weather was not too hot but it was decent. We arrived at San martino and there is a pretty dangerous and steep hill to drive down so after day 1 we decided to park on the street before the hill. I think signage could be more clear on where the villas are. The villa was lovely, the right amount of space and had a really nice outdoor area over looking lovely views. "Un séjour très agréable dans ce beau studio très bien équipé avec terrasse. La vue sur la mer c'était merveilleux et petite plage à quelques pas de l'hôtel. L'endroit est très calme et grand stationnement. Bon choix de restaurants à proximité (à pied ou en auto). Bien situé pour aller découvrir Lindos, le sud de l'île ... Nous n'hésiterions pas à y revenir."

"Excellent location. Once you explore Santorini, you realize that the location of this apartment is very convenient. We visited Santorini in October, so the tourist traffic wasn't significant. The view from the apartment was beautiful. "

"We were a family of 7 that rented the entire house. Boggi, the host was great with communication and organizing our excursions and transportation. Crina our house keeper was the sweetest and super efficient. The location is great, but gets very crowded. The roof sitting area is a shared space though."
