Even though we only stayed one night the staff and hotel were above expectations. The staff was nice, helpful and very professional. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend The Oxford Suites Downtown.

The staff was incredible. I had a couple of minor issues but they were all addressed promptly. I accidentally left a personal item behind and they went above and beyond to make sure it was returned. Looking forward to staying again. The only downside was the elevator noise, but that's not a deal breaker. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were clean and the kids loved it.

The room was beautiful and clean and the hotel staff were very nice. We were placed in room 215 and the elevators were going all night long and we hardly got any sleep. My poor husband was up the entire night. Overall we will say it was poor because sleep is important and we didn’t get much of it last night unfortunately and realistically what you pay for a hotel room for. I would recommend removing that room or not renting it if you don’t have to! Or, you could move the beds to the opposite side of the wall. Also only one jet worked in the hot tub and sauna was broken. Overall satisfaction 1-2 star Just because the room being next to the elevator that ran all night.

I stated at the hotel for 1 night. Booked a King Suite. Likes:- - Location is very good. - Decent Breakfast, they have many options (mostly non-veg) - Quick check-in / check-out process - Partial view of the Riverfront Dislikes:- - Cleanliness: Hotel’s corridor and room wasn’t that clean. The carpets appeared stained and dirty. - morning Breakfast has only 1 vegetarian option but multiple meat items. (this is a dislike for me, as I am vegetarian) - evening snacks had no veg option. Again fruits are not something you can consider vegetarian. I was expecting a much better hospitality than this.

This was a last minute stay for our family so we had to get toothbrushes and the convenience of being able to do that onsite was great as stores were closed. Also, the free hot breakfast was pretty good.
