"The property is beautiful and very unique. However, if you have a baby it would not be the best location as there are stairs. The restaurant has been restored. The restaurant was the horse barn but you cannot tell as the work and decor are beautiful. The food and service were fantastic, Antonela and Lucca were amazing at making sure our food was to our liking."

"The property is well maintained and extremely clean. Be sure to have the room cleaned as they have some night critters. Would be great that at time of arrival more information about activities that take place, like horse riding. The breakfast is $10 Eu per person which I think is a bit too much and they require a swimming cap for pool use. The sell them if you want to use the pool. "

"BianaLeuca is a great place to stay in Leuca. The location is great, short walk to restaurants and right on the ocean. Lots of amazing views minutes away, Leuca is a beautiful place. The place has a common kitchen and outdoor chill out area. Roberto ( the host) is a nice guy and has many recommendations about the area. Hope to be back. "

"Appartamento molto molto bello (si vedeva anche il mare) con tutti i confort, pulitissimo e spaziosissimo. Dotato anche di un posto auto in caso serva e di una posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di santa Maria di leuca a piedi. Molto silenzioso perché defilato dal centro ma con accanto un delizioso tipico alimentari ed anche un bar. Valentina e Daniele sono stati davvero gentilissimi e molto disponibili anche con il nostro cagnolino. Insomma se dovessimo tornare sicuramente prenoterei...

"We had rented the apartment and it was very nice, clean and cosy. Fortunately we did not have to cook nor eat onsite because it is really not equipped to do any kind of cooking. Maybe a trashcan in the kitchen could be useful also? Beyond this, the breakfast was nice and staff very friendly. We had just a big issue when checking out where they wanted us to pay 179 EUR for cleaning and other fees... it was 99 80 and I did not understand what it was for. "Darei un voto 9 per la colazione buonissima abbondante, il voto 10 per la pulizia i corridoi erano sempre accompagnati da profumi gradevoli per non parlare della stanza. Situato in posto strategico e tranquillo spiaggia a pochi metri e centro a pochi chilometri. Abbiamo anche cenato qualche sera e si è mangiato veramente bene. Spero di tornarci al più presto . "
