"This is a unique property right on the water in the old town of Monopoli. We just came at a bad time of year when the restaurant was shut as were many of the businesses in town. "I loved staying here and felt super safe as a female solo traveller. The area is excellent for both walking to the main station and exploring the old town. "Staff were pleasant and room was lovely. Not all features advertised were available- there was no swim up bar, no pool service without going into the bar- where you are not supposed to go in swimwear, the restaurant was closed in the evening and the cafe closed at 5.30 so the only fiod option after 5.30 was to wait 2 hours and pay 35 euro per person for a buffet dinner, or go out of the hotel which required a shuttle or taxi. Also i felt that charging 10 euro per person per day for shuttle use...
