"Near to the train station, if anyone wants to spend a night or two at La Spezia on a budget this place is hard to beat. Clean and neat, staff is only on property up to 2:00 pm, so if you arrive later than that you must follow the instructions they will send to your Whatsapp. I did, not a big deal, everything was straightforward. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, using it as a base to explore the Cinque Terre. It was nice at the end of the day to be able to come back and relax in a quieter setting. We loved having the balconies where we could watch all the happenings in the area! The room was clean, had a kitchen that even had a dishwasher! Housekeeping came in daily and made the bed and freshened things up, that was an added bonus! "

Location is great for the view & main town is not too far, but need to climb heaps of stairs to get there from hotel & difficult to get parking close to the main centre. "

"Came her in 2012. Booked now in Feb 2025 hoping it would Bea's good. YES! Easy walk from the train,right in the Port near restaurants, cafes, shops Rooms are lovely, stylish & comfortable. Excellent WiFi & showers, extra pillows & blanket, bar fridge, espresso machine, kettle and our room had a gorgeous view. Sandro & staff are so welcoming and helpful. Loved staying here this time even more than last time. GREAT place!"

"A good place to stay for a couple of nights. It’s beautifully refurbished and v clean. Breakfast is nice too. It’s quite a walk into town or the train station, 30 mins or so, but there’s a a v good pizza place just down the road. We arrived mid afternoon which does not fit in with the hotels checking in hours, but after a phone call we were able to get in, much appreciated after a very long drive. "

"The room was spacious and very clean, equivalent to a five star hotel in my opinion. The host was amazing and super responsive. For a small charge, they even offered to do our laundry. The La Spezia harbour is a 15 minutes walk away, from where you can catch ferries and boats to Cinque Terre. Should I return to La Spezia, I know definetly where to stay!"

"Lovely hotel, extremely nice and clean, didn't know they had daily house keeping so was pleasantly surprsied when coming back from a long day that the room and been cleaned. Would book again if I had to. Only drawback was lack of parking though the station nearby had €1/€1.50 hourly rate but adds up for long periods of time."

" We arrived at the hotel during the night when it was already dark. In the morning, as I woke up and looked out the window, the view was simply breathtaking. The area is stunning and very inviting. Parking at night is available around the hotel, with free public parking until the morning. However, the reception desk offers a more convenient parking arrangement in a dedicated lot just one block away, which I would highly recommend. The staff was kind and accommodating, and the hotel is clean, elegant, and well-maintained. A highly recommended stay!"
