Mantra, Sovereign Island hotels

"Staff are very kind. Always smiling. Polite. Acknowledge you if they pass you in lifts or hall way. Stayed two nights. I didn't realise room got cleaned daily which was a lovely suprise. Only con is that there are around 20 steps from parking garage to the hotel.. As my husband has a disability I feel this should be made obvious on booking. We were offered an alternative option but it may not work for others with more severe disabilities. Also unlocking the doors can be difficult at times and...

"Rooms were a bit outdated but quite comfortable and with a lovely view. Ocean view room definitely a major upgrade on the standard 2 bedroom rooms especially while there’s construction beside the hotel on the new Meriton high rise. The pool and facilities were excellent for adults and kids."

"I have been coming here for the past 12 years and my family and I love the pools. The lagoon is amazing and unique and the indoor people is gorgeous as well. The outdoor spa has not worked the past few times but the indoor one still works well. The apartments are nice but some of the ones we have stayed in could do with a refresh. Other than that, would definitely recommend as it is also reasonably priced if you find the right deal."

"Property was fine. The cleaning of the unit could have been a bit better. The showers had water marks on them and the fridge had leaked leaving water all over the floor in the kitchen. Staff were lovely to deal with and were onto it immediately. Maintenance came and dealt with it next morning. Views were amazing. "
