Went to service desk & they were going to send someone up, but no one ever came to check out the issue. Shoes & items were soaked with water from an unknown source. Breakfast was ok, but they ran out of juice & water, so there was nothing to drink. Fire & Ice was great! Housekeeping staff was extremely helpful & pleasant!"
