Check in took over 40 minutes because they only had 1 person checking people in. There were 3 other employees sranding there doing nothing, even though the line was out the door. Finally one of them got onto a computer and started helping check us in. We booked the hotel over the July 4th holiday and specifically because it had indoor and outdoor pools. Apparently the outdoor pool is broke and the indoor pool was going to be fixed "soon". According to reviews the pools have been closed for at least 3 weeks. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but reeked of cigarette smoke. The floors are laminate and were dirty and sticky. We only stayed one night of the 2 night reservation and left for a different hotel. Very disappointed because Wyndham hotels are usually nice. I think they should let guests know ahead of time if their pools are closed. My grandkids were so upset. Don't stay there

A/C did not work hardly at all. It was not even sealed into the window, whereas air clearly could pass through wide open gaps. Should not be legal to rent in July as like no A/C.

Great hotel. Convenient. Great parking. However at midnight a group of women sat outside our door drinking and was very loud. I tried calling front desk for an hour and no response. Horrible customer service with this experience not being able to get ahold of front desk.

Floors and stairway were dirty. Bed was soft, could use a new mattress. Rooms were not carpeted, rubber baseboards were coming off the walls, breakfast was mediocre, eggs were watery and barely lukewarm, sausage was undercooked, waffle batter was thin and watery. I would not stay here again.

Rude front desk. I have been charged for our stay 3 times. Our room was dirty upon arrival with promises to clean soon. Strange nauseating smell coming from room across hall and in pool area. It was drugs. We didn't stay and informed front desk of issues with no resolutions and they didn't seem to care. I received an email from this hotel stating our reservation was canceled. My bank has refunded the 2 extra charges but i can't get my money back for the first charge. This place is a sh*t hole. Dont stay here. It is not safe or clean. We booked through Expedia, no help from them. Wont be using them again either.

On site says 2 pools however outdoor pool was empty .. and indoor pool was disgusting .. not kept up w not clean .. literally poop on the side of the pool zero chemicals in it and felt like bathwater .. and smelled horrible .. tons of hair and debri floating in and around .. no towles ... foors dont function properly ... none of the doors work have tape over their locks .. their vending machine didnt work w even the limited items in stock in it ... ice machine didnt work ... rooms were dirty hair in tubs black something along side of tub and water did not work right .. toilet broke 1st night ... left towles outside room and never could get replacements .. nor extra shampoos conditioners .. noisey ... had someone open our door at 2 am .. guessing the guest nextdoor but why did their key work for our room? thankfully we had top latch on otherwise would have seen us naked in bed ! Noise nonstop all night .. people r definatley living there ... anytime of day u can find tons of people hanging out on steps and pool area drinking and smoking just nasty conditions i realize it was a deal online to book however wouldnt stay again even if i could stay for free!

The bathroom was very small, call because TV remote was not working ,was told would send someone,no one showed up. Asked for room to be cleaned on Saturday the only thing they did was put two towels on sink counter. There was no towels in pool area when asked staff they didn't want to go get any. The front counter staff was good.

The receptionist were absolutely amazing. The property was definitely not worth $ 60 a night. Our door wouldn't lock. The bathroom floor was torn up. The pool was so cold. The beds were horrible. The place was dirty. There were cloths in my room. So who knows if the room was cleaned. Or how long they were there.
