"Isaac is a unique hotel set next to a Natural waterfall, which you view close up in there gorgeous breakfast room. The room was cold on arrival, but I asked for extra blankets and by the time we got back, the room was really toasty. Staff were friendly, kind, courteous. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. "Came with my son using public transport and despite torrential rain, we stayed warm and cosy as well as seeing shops, eating both out and in (different days) and taking the train to Cobh to see the exhibitions there. Staff so helpful and nice ! Thank you"

"The hotel is bang on in the centre of Killarney, super location. The town public car park is a very short walk away. The reception areas / bar etc are lovely. There is a good atmosphere in the hotel. Upstairs (bedroom area) is a little bit dated."

"This property was perfect! We were a group of 5, so we utilized the apart hotel. It was spacious and clean, allowed us to have communal space and private sleeping. Dining at the restaurant was fantastic. Jason was our server and he was amazing. Food was great, only a short 10 min walk to the Muckross Abbey and a breath taking lake. Hotel views bolstered mountains in the morning. Wonderful staff, we did not have time to utilize the spa but it looked beautiful. "

"The property management manager was very helpful and responsive.However the property is on the outskirts of Killarney and a 20 min walk in case you are going out at night in the town."

"The hotel was smart, the rooms were warm and comfortable the staff were very helpful and the food was superb. Tricky to find a parking space after 5.00pm but doable. A couple of coat hooks in the room would be handy for hanging damp coats on instead of along with dry clothes in the wardrobe. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again."

"My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Plaza Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how impeccably clean everything was. Every space, from the lobby to our room, was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel instantly comfortable. The staff truly made our visit special. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was offering great local recommendations or quickly accommodating our requests, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay.
