"unit we had was 2bdr/2 bath. Kate at checkin was helpful,curteous,friendly. Comfy stay.No charge for short-term rental parking. CTrain access good to Stampede Park"

"Misinformation about the stay, long waiting time to respond, and no basic amenities. Too much pet hair and a very bad experience. "

"Had a quick one night stay that required an early check in. The staff were friendly and very accommodating for the early check in. Room was cozy and comfortable. Continental breakfast had a good assortment of food and we left full and happy! The price point was perfect for what I needed and I would happily stay again here. "

"A lot of odd things about this place. - picked up keys by walking around the back of the building on the wet grass until we found the designated hiding spot. - entered off the patio on the back. - unit was hot, hot even with an outside temp of 14^C and the windows wide open. We were told it was due to central heating in the building. There were fans everywhere to try to cool it down. - dirty rags on the sink when we arrived. - lots of little half-effort repairs with packing tape, glue,...

"I was a guest for four nights. I liked the location. It wasn't a high terrific entrance on a busy highway. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. I had a couple of small issues in my room. They were promptly taken care of. My room was lovely and spacious with a king size bed and a very large TV. The bathroom was sparkling and stocked with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The continental breakfast was very good. Some additional. fruit choices would have been helpful. The dining room is a good size. Over all I enjoyed my stay and I would highly recommend Wingate by Wyndham. "
