"We had a wonderful honeymoon spent in the Hitchin post. Really cosy stay, was lovely to have the fireplace to us in the evening. "The place was really perfect for my needs. Is a fully set up apartment and very clean. The one disappointing thing about it was I rented it for 3 weeks but was called back to work a week early so only needed it for 2 weeks. I asked for a credit for the week as I would be returning the following month. There was no negotiation and no refund or credit was given. I would have rented it consistently but due to this policy I won’t be returning. "

Property was aware that we were arriving late however did not make us aware that we would not be able to access lobby. Therefore locked out at 1130 pm upon arrival.
