"The hotel is beautiful and centrally located. The staff was always kind and helpful. The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, with great decor. The beds and pillows were probably the most comfortable of any hotel I’ve stayed at. I’d absolutely come back and stay here. "

"We travel to Richmond every year on this weekend and this is our second time in this hotel. We love how convenient it is and on top of that it is a nice venue, people is nice and attentive, the property has a classic style but the rooms are being updated. We love that our room had vinyl floors instead of carpet. Restaurant in now open for business. "
