"I’ve stayed here before and always had an amazing experience but this stay was above and beyond! The staff was very kind and helpful and extremely accommodating to my wife and family. Also the kids just LOVE the pool and hot tub area. The complementary breakfast was out of this world good and every square inch of the hotel was spotless clean! Would highly recommend and will stay at again for sure ! God Bless "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Equinox. We enjoyed the meals we had there and the general atmosphere. Front desk staff on Sunday, 2/16, could have been a bit more pleasant and/or helpful. One of the women at the desk was not particularly friendly or helpful in terms of what do with kids in the area during a storm. Also, there should be more coffee urns in the lobby to accommodate the volume of guests. I also thought they could have done a better job shoveling and salting the parking lot which was...

"Staff was accommodating and helpful. Room was basic, but that was expected due to the age of the building. Clean and sanitized, but definitely needed some “deep” cleaning, like dusting baseboards and taking marks off walls. Overall a good experience and in a great location. Would visit again!"

"Stayed from Friday to Sunday to ski at Mount Snow and Okemo. Very nice reception staff (they offered a refund when I had to cancel a night) and the rooms were clean and comfortable. While it was not a luxury stay, for $100 a night, it was an amazing deal, and I would highly recommend. The only issue is the walls could be slightly thicker"
