"I took my granddaughter to Blue Mountain for the first time and her trip was amazing. Our room was exactly what we needed. The separate bedroom was perfect to accommodate her earlier bedtime and give me a place to relax. The full kitchen was great for our needs and beautifully stocked. We were a little disappointed that that pool was not open but the two hottubs more than made up for it. "Stayed for three nights on business. It was quite the than some of the downtown hotels. The room was well appointed however the toilet ran, the hair dryer was broken and the toiletry shelf in the shower required repair. Two out of three were fixed while I was staying. The small gym is well appointed and I appreciated the water refill stations throughout the hotel. Staff were friendly but front desk staff could be more efficient and some were not what you would consider to be in proper dress...
