"We really like the convenient location in Portsmouth, easy to walk to restaurants, shops and entertainment. Staff are friendly and helpful, and rooms are very clean and comfortable. Valet service was quick and easy. Unfortunately there was/is an extensive renovation underway (which we'd not been advised of beforehand) which closed the lobby, pool, gym and restaurant. We were on the 3rd floor and apparently that had already been renovated, but work was ongoing on other floors (as seen from...
