"Our stay was really cozy and comfortable. It could have used better cleaning as there was lots of dust and spider webs on the fan and light fixtures. There were also lots of ants on and around the bathroom sink so we were not able to use that area. The main concern was the heater, it seemed to work well but the smell of gas does get a bit overwhelming we also checked the carbon monoxide detector and learned it was not working, it did not have battery. "This cabin was cozy and felt like home! The backyard was relaxing, very close to downtown, casino, and lakes. The beds were comfortable and overall this place made it difficult leaving. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. My family and my will be visiting this home away from home for our Ruidoso trips. "

"My family and i loved the property. It was roomy so everyone had space. The living room ac unit didn’t work but we just opened the patio door to let air in. The masterbedroom doesn’t have a room light so that was weird at night when you needed light but we used the bathroom light. But overall a good experience. "

"Great place to stay! Beautiful view , spacious, clean and safe! The only thing we did not like was that it is advertised 5 bedrooms and it is only 4 bedrooms. The 5 th one is a twin bed in a hall. If you have kids that would probably work but not for adults. No door , no privacy. "
