The evening staff could be more friendly. We went to the hot tub and they had no towels. We asked the evening staff guy and he said he’d bring some. He never did. We sat and sat and sat to drip dry until we finally went back to our room realizing he wasn’t bringing any. The breakfast area wasn’t clean. Wouldn’t stay here next time.

First, the good: The staff were very nice and helpful. They offered great recommendations for things in the area and were very friendly. The bad: When we got to the room it was full of flies. The room needs some updating and fixing up. Paint scuffs, stains, the plumbing was weird in the bathroom, the bathtub needed to be scrubbed, and the caulking was very messy around the tub, toilet, and fixtures. The breakfast had very limited options.

The building needs maintenance. The button for the elevator has tape on it to prevent it from falling in. In my room the toilet paper holder kept falling off the toilet wouldn’t stop trying to refill the reservoir, just general negligence of the building as a whole, which is a shame because it could be a nice hotel. Staff is friendly enough.

We were eaten alive by mosquitos in the INDOOR pool. The Fri t desk night person was extremely rude and we felt like we could t ask for more help. The bathtub had no plug and the microwave didn’t work. The beds were good.

Everything was great until I went to store something in the refrigerator.. it had food in it that looked that was sitting there maybe from the previous occupants.. Other than that everything was clean, comfortable and perfect

A beautiful room and accommodations. The breakfast was also quite satisfactory: waffles, eggs (scrambled and boiled), sausage, yogurt, cereal, toast, and more! The only drawbacks were some towels with what looked like rust spots, and a little rust near the overflow drain on the bathtub. Besides those two subtle flaws, the stay was wonderful.

Nice room. Clean. Needs updates but the bed was comfy & we slept great. And we were able to park our U-Haul and trailer right outside our window to keep an eye on it.
