"Overall great stay, the gym is one of the best I’ve seen. I was on the 39th floor which had great views however the music from the bar on the 40th floor could be heard till 11pm and the staff were not able to get it turned down as the restaurant is under different management."

"Booked through lastminute.com.au and told upon arrival that the room i had booked was sold out ( sky high room lvl 20 ) and was given a room on level 13 and told that it was my fault for not booking direct through the hotel so they were unwilling to help resolve the issue but i was assured i would love the view from my room.. my view was of the entrance to the burnley tunnel so that was disappointing to say the least but otherwise my stay was pleasant, quiet and uninterrupted."

"Great apartment with amazing views! Kitchen well kitted out, everything was clean. An awesome location, supermarket on the ground floor is a bonus. "

"The property was dirty and desperately needs a paint job. The curtains are filthy in all the rooms and kitchen cupboards filthy. No dish cloth to wipe benches. Bathroom door didn't close completely. Ensuite shower head broken. Mould in both bathrooms.. Lounge and mat needs cleaning - dirty!! Balcony doors wouldn't lock. Main bedroom sliding door wouldn't open and when you tried the entire frame moved. On a whole, for the price this property is a disgrace!!!"
