"The location was easy to find. The host replied enquiry promptly. The flat was big enough for 4, though we had 3 only. It would be great if the intercome was functioned because we had only one key. Most facilities and appliance were clean and easy to use, except the two toilets' fan. They didn't work so it was very wet after having shower. "

"Property was clean, good location, near the cruise ports, restraunts, coffee shops. It was difficult for us to get into the building initially as we arrived later. But we got in touch with contact number and spoke with someone who arranged entry to building front door."

"It was nice but no lift working had to climb steps to 2nd Floor which Donna said will get it fixed. Also the window letch broken and could not close the windows. Sad but can do better and update the apartment. "

"Everything was so clean. The host was so nice and communicated very well. Felt like home. It was so relaxing and I had everything I need "

"I booked this accommodation as a base for a mini break with my children, my sister and her child. I booked it with “free parking included.” My first concern was when I booked through Hotels.com, I then received an e-contract from the host which contained an outline of the booking conditions, but a different cancellation policy which had been booked and paid for via Hotels.com. "The property manager was not reasonable in our request for a compensation settlement being that the flat had no heating one evening. She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. I further want all to know that even though the place is supposed to be smoke free it really isn’t as a person can smoke in an outdoor door space outside the bedroom. All smoke odors...

"Didn't get to stay at the property. Communication was terrible. I tried texting and ringing the owner 6 days onwards to find out arrival instructions but no response . I contacted travel nest 3 times ,with the promises of details to follow but owner still didnt . Only after further messages from myself on the day did i get a message back to say there had been a leak in the property but that was a lie as the owner wasnt sure what property he was talking about ! I wont be using or recommending...

"I liked everything!! From the moment I checked in I was made to feel so special. My room was super quiet, and I had the best nights sleep. I ate in the Harbour restaurant- dinner and breakfast-and both were delicious! I also had a complimentary transfer to the terminal and Darren, my driver couldn’t have been more helpful. I can thoroughly recommend the Harbour Hotel Southampton "

"Great stay, was here for business, and have stayed here a few times previously The breakfasts are great, and the rooms and hotel itself is really clean, although might need a refurb at some point. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Did not have evening meals here as we ate out due to everything being in such close proximity to the hotel. "
