"We stayed 1 night before an early morning flight, booked parking in the silver zone to include the night in the hotel. Easy to get to the hotel using the shuttle bus. Friendly reception staff, quick check in, warm, quiet, clean and comfortable room. We ate an evening meal in the bar, food was okay, drop key off for an easy check out. Will definitely stay there again if the need arises."

"Very comfortable hotel. The rooms are large and well kept. We didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment on that, however we did go to the Old Boathouse (which is part of the hotel) and had a very good meal served by friendly and efficient staff."

"As soon as we entered the reception had a very pleasant perfume, the service was very fast, organised and to have someone speaking our language (Portugues), made us feel welcome for sure. The room was spotless, organized and warm. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise, a wide variety of items and everything delicious. I highly recommend it and want to go back. Our family loves The Balloon Fiesta and we go every year, we always stay to enjoy Sunday in Bristol, I hope to have the opportunity to host again. "
