"First time at this property and I was very impressed. Mainly with the value for money. Although the property is a bit dated, it is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great to have a full kitchenette and washer and dryer in the room. Comfortable bed, good WiFi and good shower. Straight across from Southpoint for plenty of food options. Would happily stay here again! "
