"The place was spacious, clean and nice. Furniture could definitely use updating. Had nice little bar with music right downstairs. Had nice breakfast restaurant with really good food right downstairs also. Was in good location within walking distance of Snook Inn. "

"The Boat House was a lovely old family owned motel. Property is clean & fresh. Room was freshly painted & updated. Beds very comfortable. Walkable to a few restaurants with good fun & food. Check out Snooks & The Boardroom & Smith’s Restaurant. Loved Marco Island. We would definitely stay at The Boat House again. "

"Everything and everyone was very cordial and respectful. The only thing is that they need a different variety for the breakfast. The scrambled eggs were very blend and no other protein other than a chicken patty that was very hard to even cut . Thankfully they have an IHOP next door. Very clean and sanitized. Will definitely stay here again "
