"Property had issues with fire alarm going off which led to evacuation because the alarm was just unbearably loud. We did eventually get settled and hotel is historic and comfortable. Some of the rooms are extremely small but we got an upgrade with the alarm issue. "

"So glad I chose this hotel despite some of the reviews I read. The hotel/room is modern and spacious. Staff was kind and nice. Decided to sleep in so I didn’t try the breakfast. Great proximity to the prudential center. When it was time to the show we felt safe. Parking lot and sky walk is well lit and there was lots of other concertgoers in attendance.
