"The Arlo chain is my go-to when I am staying in New York, and this was my best experience yet. "We stayed for 2 nights for a concert at MSG. We definitely would stay again. It's only a short 15-30min drive into the city. Prompt easy Uber pick up and drop off. "I would have rated the property higher except that upon checking in we were told there were no available rooms left in the Residence Inn due to flooding issues and were downgraded to the Courtyard hotel next door. That was not what we reserved, paid for, and expected. No kitchenette, we had to unpack and pack up again when they moved us and not as nice of a hotel. Both properties also have only 2 elevators, which makes one wait as long as 10 minutes for an elevator to/from the upper floors....
