"Staff tried hard to keep everyone happy. Front desk employees are very helpful and friendly. Pick up and ride back to the fast ferry is very helpful. I did not like the daily 2 plastic water bottles in the room. Should offer a water container for guests to refill their own water bottles to save on trash. My room had no window, felt claustrophobic."

"No contact with the hotel, very long response to e-mails (several days) despite paying the airport transfer fee, I had to look for a connection on my own. The photos in the offer do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are provided in another facility approximately 300m away. The meals are the same every day. There is no clothes dryer in the room, high humidity makes it impossible to dry wet swimsuits."

"2023/12/12〜12/15まで3泊４日で利用しました。 まず、マレ国際空港からのスピードボートはHotelに連絡すれば予約を取って頂けます。 ただ、immigrationを通過して入国し、換金やSIMカードを入手するには、１時間〜２時間かかりますので、飛行機到着時間から２時間は時間を空けてスピードボートを予約した方が良いです。 マーフシ島に到着した際はHotelのスタッフが港でリヤカーを持って待っていてくれる為、非常に助かりました。 Hotelの立地は1番賑やかな方面とは逆方向にですが、海沿いでありながら非常に静かでした。 Hotelのスタッフは非常にフレンドリーで、親切な説明もして頂き、非常に良いです。 部屋の状況も思っていたよりも広くて、清潔でした。 一つだけ問題は、シャワーの水圧が非常に弱い(今まで世界のいろいろなHotelに泊まりましたが、その中でも三本の指に入る弱さです)為、シャワーに異常に時間がかかり、あまりシャワーを浴びた気がしない感じでした。 "
