"My partner and I have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Ozen Life Maadhoo resort. I can honestly say that the entire Ozen life team are super well trained as the service was excellent from start to finish. All the staff, no matter what their position were so welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get everyone's names , however every waiter, waitress, barman, bar-women , butler , chef , room cleaners, boat staff, gym staff , spa staff etc were excellent. I want to particularly call out that as I'm the awkward one, being a vegan, the chefs picked up on this quickly and did everything to ensure that I was catered for. The head chef also ensured that no matter which restaurant I ate at , I would be looked after. The resort is super well catered for and is perfect for families with a lot to do to keep all family members entertained. We absolutely loved the underwater restaurant . The Indonesian restaurant was also superb . The buffet restaurant was also amazing every day. The service is honestly 5 star and surpassed most of the other 5 star hotels we stayed in on our 3 week December trip. The only one comment which is nothing to do with the staff / service is that the whole resort is a little tired ( after being open for years) and compared to other 5 star hotels, is behind on their interiors."

"Overall excellent stay. The villa was roomy, clean, and had direct ocean access. Staff was reliable and attentive. Always activities to do so your day is guided and not copy and paste from day to day."

"I had a great three night stay at Ayala Ocean View. The room was spotless, spacious, bright, and everything worked! Also very quiet for a peaceful night's sleep. Nice views from my top floor room and patio outside. The staff were kind, attentive, and respectful. The shower was a bit fickle--alternating unpredictability between cold and scalding hot, but this was just a small inconvenience."

"Incredible peaceful setting. The staff always ready to help in any way, another towel? Don't need service? ok, but here is your complementary water for today. Just need towels, no problem. Beautiful lounge area as you enter. Excellent dining area and breakfast buffet! "
