"Comfortable stay and excellent location. Breakfast brunch is good. Staff tries their best to be polite. Bed sheets and towels had stains on them. Bath tub appeared heavily used with a plenty lot of marks. Lot of noise from the street and from the hallway woke me up several times in the night."

"We stayed in room 735 and the room was outdated But for the price there is nothing around there with that kind of price you could stay at the Lowe’s right next For $645 night— Another thing was the pool was ice cold nobody in it, so it was quite disappointing in that sense cause my kids could not jump in the pool – – but we did go to the beach which is conveniently right outside"

"This property was fantastic ADULTS ONLY - so the pool and beach were very quiet. If you stay in the pool/cabana rooms request to stay in **03-**10. We were in 1701 and there was not much of a view… roof of the restaurant. Also they do set the tables prior to/ right at 7am and so you can hear that. They also clean the patio/pool area this early so you may not be able to sleep in. Overall fantastic though!"

"Our stay at James Hotel was excellent. The lady during check-in at approx 6pm was very welcoming and professional. Our room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, location was quiet at night, even though only a short walk to shops, restaurants and beach"

"I enjoyed my stay at the Kimpton Surfcomber. The only thing was that they are undergoing construction on the 1st floor and it can be loud. They need to make the walls more soundproof because you can hear people talking outside when they walk by. Overall the staff was friendly and everything was walkable and convenient if you don’t want to go too far from South Beach"
