"I loved everything about this hotel. It was very clean. The coffee they provided in the rooms was delicious! The amenities were great..they even had free amenities in the lobby such as hairbrushes, razors, etc in case you forgot, as well as beauty sheet masks! The room size is small to Americans but that didn’t matter. It was very clean and comfortable! The staff always greeted us with a smile. 10/10 recommend!"

"Good self-contained property. There was only a tiny saucepan (in a house that caters for up to 6 people) when we checked in. We contacted the agent, and while it took a bit of negotiation, they organised someone to deliver a bigger saucepan the next day - so top marks for their responsiveness. Imari (and the nearby Okawachiyama Village) is charming, and we used it as a base to explore Hirado. "
