"It is a beautiful property and the staff accommodated an early checkin and helped us with our bags. The one comment I have is that this hotel appears when I filter for airport shuttle hotels. It only offers an 11:45 am shuttle daily. There is no other airport shuttle. Since airport shuttle was literally the reason I booked this hotel, I was am a bit disappointed. Also, when I asked guest services about the shuttle, the concierge did not offer to help me find an alternative ride, whicb would...

"Love this property, with very friendly staff at all times. Even on the most busiest day on 12/14/2024 - they were able to delivered food to my room. Kudos to all the employees at Glad Hotel!!!!!!!!"
