"This hotel js family-run type of business and the host can speak fairly good english. The rooms are big & clean as shown in the pictures. We book a room for 2 person but the room can accomodate 3 as there were 2 queen size beds plus there is a dining area with tv. This property is not by the beach area but still.have many eating options around the hotel. The main mode of public transport are buses or taxis. There is a bus terminal next to the hotel & it's approximately 10k won taxi ride from...

"The location was really convenient for getting around, and the ocean view from the 10th floor was fantastic. I loved that there was a massage chair, and since I’m a big coffee lover, I appreciated the free coffee and toast provided for breakfast. The reception staff spoke English, kind and the daily cleaning kept everything spotless, which was great. I would definitely stay here again if I visit next time!"

"I needed a nice little place to stay during a holiday so we decided to give the Commodore a try. The front desk attendant was very kind and the staff was wonderful. The room was large and comfortable but only drawback was the decor. I used to live in Korea in the 1980’s and the decor was plenty much the same as it was then (smile). Still, this is not a dealbreaker and it is still a nice stay. "

"Overall, it was disappointing. Old facility with unclean room. The front desk staff made the effort to fix the problem, but it was same after changing to another room. It was quiet, and had smart TV which was a plus. "

"Really great location! Short walks to the walking mall and Jukdo Market. Short drives to both Yeongildae Beach and Homigot. Room was spacious and housecleaning kept it very clean each day. Our only complaint is that the bed was very hard. We prefer softer beds, but the hard bed is common in Asia so it may work for others."

"This was our first time in Pohang, and we WERE extremely excited to stay here. The limited interaction we got with staff was fine. They were friendly (spoke very little English). Beware that this place does not have an elevator. Stairs only! So if you are disabled, have strollers & small children, it may not be convenient. We were not impressed with the price we paid for the quality that we got. The beds were extremely uncomfortable (solid as a rock) and blankets were extremely thin. There was...
