"The Volcano Hotel was outside of Vik situated by itself. The room was very nice with heated bathroom floor. The quality of the stay was surprisingly really good after the first impression when driving up. It is a small hotel but everything inside was very nice. Breakfast the next morning was better than most places we stayed at. "

"Quiet, comfortable stay on a farm that was just outside of Vik and close to Dyrholaey and Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach. There are 5 rooms with a shared kitchen, sitting area and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms were modern and spacious, and even though they were 'shared,' there was always at least one open whenever needed. The other guests were quiet and considerate, so we would definitely stay here again."
