"Our second time staying here. The hotel and room are great along with the desk staff. However, the staff at the bar are terrible. Waiting for an hour for two drinks when it was not very busy is ridiculous. Disappointing since we love their mojitos but apparently they just didn’t want our money. Had to cancel our order after an hour to attend a dinner reservation. "

"The location is in the center of Papette which is very convenient. The hotel suit is spacious and quiet. But the bathroom needs lighter, the bathtub is high, not easy to get out and may fall down easily. Should have a shower door or a curtain to prevent the water splatter everywhere. The kitchen needs a microwave instead of a big oven. The swimming pool is good size, clean ...very cool. Staffs are caring always with a smile, quickly response to our needs. We used the Dhana spa : warm, clean,...
