"It is rare to see a hotel putting efforts in details! Whoever in charge or the team for the design and management knows what living a good quality of life is like. 1) Pay attention to the side of the sink, there is a filter water tap. Most hotels, even 5 stars don't do this. Sure it's common sense to boil water before use in HK, but it's a piece of mind that the hotel cares. 2) The shower is fantastic. There are three shower heads to choose from or you can just full blast yourself like a spa....

"Stayed here for 2 nights. Housekeeping only changed the towels but did not make the beds. They didn’t even replenish the coffee stirring sticks! When asked for replacements at the front desk we were told they didn’t have any. Are they expecting guests to reuse the one stick they provide during the entire stay?!?!?"

"Great value. Towels were too small (more like face towels), doors were a bit loud so some hesitancy to leave/enter, common room was a bit small. Check in without a concierge was surprisingly easy and guests were quiet and respectful."

" at 1507 Room 6 water spills on the floor when you take a bath.. but other than that Ms. NG is so nice and accomodating .. we arrived at the place at 2:30AM because a lot of people is in HKIA Immigration. And when we are about to go home .. she let us sit in her office to wait for our companions to the airport."
