"We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this well located hotel. Only steps from the famous Rialto bridge, water bus and gondola rides. The staff was excellent. They even arranged a free water taxi ride to Murano and paid our entry into the glass factory. The room is small but nothing to complain about."

"The property is beautiful and the room was amazing. Very clean with housekeeping meeting our every need. The staff at the Front Desk cannot do enough for you, they are AMAZING, and feel like family. The staff in the breakfast room provide the best breakfast anywhere, and their attention to detail is exceptional. This is my favorite hotel ANYWHERE!!!!!! I can't wait to go back each year. "The property is simply amazing! The rooms are spacious with vaulted ceilings and very nice bathrooms—with super good water pressure. We also loved the spiral staircase around the elevator with windows that had views of the property. It’s a nice way to get a little bit of exercise. The free breakfast had every breakfast option imaginable. "
