"Clean, friendly hotel in a quiet residential area with regular service from multiple water bus lines. Several good restaurants neaby as well as a grocery and bank ATM. Room was small but clean and well appointed. A/C worked (Venice can be pretty humid). Our only real complaint was that the bathroom, while nicely tiled and functional, is small and the shower is tiny. Both my wife and I could barely squeeze into it and you won't be bending over to scrub your legs. Good continental breakfast."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful, but getting around for sightseeing was quite challenging. The water taxi fare from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport was 220 euros. Although the hotel offers a shuttle service, it only goes to San Marco Square, so reaching other tourist attractions requires taking a public water taxi, which consumes a lot of time."

"At first I thought I made a mistake by booking a property on Murano Island away from the main tourist area in Venice, but I found the area quite refreshing after jostling around in bustling Venice most of the day. There were boat buses available that go to Venice every few minutes. It is very clean, quiet and I felt very safe walking around Murano. The hotel is quaint, clean, and has a delightful breakfast every morning for its occupants."

"This hotel is really far from the city, in vaporetto is like a 15 min ride to the St. Mark Plaza. But is really nice and relaxing place away from the noisy city. when we got there they inform us the bar was open til 12 but on two separate occasions they told us they were close and it was like 8pm. The men in charge (manager I assume) was really nice but the lady in the 'cafe' was really mean and rude towards her own employees which I really dislike. She yelled at them in front of us....
