"We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at Alamanda. The staff were so friendly and looked after us well. Nothing was ever a bother and they really made our trip special. The included breakfasts were yummy with fruit, toast, cereal, yoghurt, juice, tea/coffee and the choice of cooked options prepared for you (eggs, pancakes, omelettes etc.). "The hotel itself was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was fantastic - so many options. The location was a bit far from the centre and the neighbourhood was not great. There were some warungs across the street, but not walking distance to restaurants. Grabs and Gojeks were easy, so not too big an issue. "

"Honestly - I was out here for a business trip - the hotel had very good reviews but within an hour I made reservations at another hotel. The bed was extremely low and maybe slightly broken (it sunk in the middle). The sheets seemed yellow but it could have been the lighting. The shower had mold and brown broken tiles. Half of the sockets didn't work and I couldn't charge my computer or phone. It definitely needs some upgrades as it feels like it's from the 70's. The view was amazing and...
