"Great for overnight stay before early flights from Zurich airport . Nice big shuttle that runs constantly and the coffee shop is open 24 hours . Rooms are quiet and AC works well . "
"The hotel was nice. Customer service was excellent, like crazy good. We had an issue with the AC in our room and after trying to figure out what was wrong gladly changed us to another room and gave us 2 vouchers for a couple of drinks for the inconvenience. Nice touch. Rooms are smaller but not overly so. Beds were comfortable. The property is centrally located so you can walk downtown and go, go, go. It's just enough off the main area that its quiet. "
