"Good food, good service with the shuttle bus. Did not succeed in online check in or check out, possibly due to having booked through Orbitz. But the desk personnel were right there to help. This hotel is VERY busy. If you prefer a quiet relaxing environment, it might not be the right place."

"Robyn greeted me upon arrival. She was very bubbly and kind. Margot (I forgot to ask for the spelling) was the best. I arrived quite early and tired from my flight. I was expecting to pay a fee “if” my room was available. She charged me zero fee, and gave me my room key. As someone that just took a 7 hour red eye, I could’ve kissed her. I was not expecting that, and she was so gracious to give me that so effortlessly. The rest of the staff are top notch, too. I have no notes on a single issue, because there weren’t any. Laundry in the room was an amazing touch. Bed was so comfy. Shower was great and big. Everything was clean. It’s like they thought of everything and made your stay so much easier. I will always book here. The tram, eateries, and entertainment venue are steps away. 100/10. I loved it. So easy to get to/from the Airport. "
