"We had an amazing stay at the hotel on Philips! What a wonderful property! We stayed in the Peacock room & had an awesome view of the river. The staff was accommodating & friendly. We felt safe walking in downtown Sioux Falls & staff recommendations for supper & breakfast were great picks. We were in town for a concert & will definitely do this again!"

The common areas of the hotel are quite nice and well kept however there are some maintenance and cleaning issues like mold on the bathroom ceiling and mildew on the wallpaper in the bathroom, paint damage and wear and tear on the furniture. Appreciate that a door key is required to enter the property late at night."
