"I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Sheraton Bogotá Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm, professional, and incredibly helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their hospitality truly made a difference and set the tone for a wonderful experience. The hotel's facilities are top-notch—the pool and gym are excellent, well-maintained, and provide a great way to unwind after a busy day.
