"We have stayed in Koh Samui before but the quality a friendliness of the staff and the professionalism was outstanding. Everybody was friendly. I accidentally booked the wrong television for our room and Ken. The manager was more than happy to help us out. He was very generous. Also Amy is a very hard worker and a great girl. Very pleasant. Very professional. All the staff were great we can’t thank you enough. Next time you come to Koh Samui we will be definitely staying at The Briza beach resort hey all you Aussies you have to get down to this place. It’s amazing. I highly recommend this place for sure especially for families. Great the breakfast was absolutely amazing thank you very much Briza Beach resort for all your hard work paul and kimika "

"The Property is right in the mall so you have easy access to everything, it's also about a 5-10 min walk to any terminal which was also very nice. The rooms were small but pretty easy to navigate through despite the size and the bed was comfortable as it was adjustable. I would recommend anyone whose traveling solo, even with a significant other to try this property out ."

"This is my first time to stay at this hotel. During my 12 days stay, I enjoyed the outstanding services provided by the hotel staff team. I want to particularly thank Mr. Yeo and Chandra for their great services at the front desk and the lounge, and Ms. Radha for her daily care of my room. The hotel is located at a convenient place, close to a MRT station, a supermarket, multiple food centers, several shopping malls and various restaurants. The room is spacious and clean. I will definite come back. A small negative thing is: it seems that we cannot adjust the AC temperature. I had to turn off the AC from time to time as it felt a bit too cold. "
