The heat works great for thise cold rainy Seattle days. The hot tub is very hot and the pool is nice and warm. The restaurant had excellent battenders and servers and a solid french onion soup. Giselle made sure we had a great room for our special trip with a few special treats! and John helped us to book an extra night as well like it there so much. The tub was nice and big with pleanty of hot water on the 17th floor. "

The drain in our shower was jot draining properly. We used the shower only twice and the first worked well, but the second time it would not drain fully."
