"We heard great reviews for this hotel from friends in Manado, so we booked a room for our stay. I’m giving five stars because I believe my friends. However, a volcano meant that our flight turned around 30 minutes before we were supposed to land in Manado. We couldn’t use our reservation. "We had the king bed with partial sea view on the 6th floor. Check in was flawless because they allowed us to store our luggage before 2pm. "It was one of the best stays in my whole travel experience. I requested transportation from the airport to the port, and a boat to Onongresort. The price was reasonable for both ways. This place is for people who love a quiet place and appreciate the beautiful ocean in front of this resort. (In my opinion, not much for families with small children.) Last but not least, the staff was excellent. I truly enjoyed talking with them. They made sure my stay was comfortable and it was my best stay. "
